Gavin gave great customer service. He worked with me and the insurance adjuster. Also, I wanted quote on another damaged area of the car not related to the accident. He went above and beyond getting the quote in a timely way. Ordering the part and having it fixed at the same time as the other repair. This is the second time I have used Caliber for repairs.
