only reason not a 10, was that I had to go back and get my back glass pressure arms replaced due to not holding up my glass when you open it. Should have been a easy quality check other than me pointing it out to them. Only other minor detail was that a decal on lift gate was odd vs the normal one. I pointed it out them but it was not that big of a deal for them to redo.

I appreciate the updates and communication, professionalism and kindness of staff. Mathew was so kind and fixed the light when he realized one did not work when he brought out car ( when I went picked up the car. ) aAlso he shook hands. Maria was also very kind. Car looked great after they washed and prepared it for me to pick up ( even though it had rained- ) thank you!
