The personnel were great but a part needed for repair came in late and I had to keep rental car over the weekend and pay 2 extra days for insurance. Also, VSA appeared on the dash and the Cruise Control would not work. I had to bring it back and wait about an hour while they recalibrated. The repairs themselves looked fantastic.

Despite timely updates and good work on the repair, I have to rate the experience low because I received my car back and the next day started noticing a terrible moldy smell. I discovered that the floor mats and carpet were wet and had started to mold. I needed to remove the mats allow them to dry and air out the car for several hours. That indicates that all work on the car was not complete when it was returned to me. was no
