I was called on Monday to pick up my car because the work was complete. When I arrived and my car was pulled around, the technician was playing with something on the screen and when I went to take a look, the back up camera was not working. It was functional when I brought it in. The technician then brought it back around to the shop and had me wait. He came back out in about 15-20 minutes and told me he wasnt sure why it wasnt working but they would have to keep it another day. So I left and he called me later, saying the fixed the camera but a piece of the trim they had just repaired was cracked. They ordered the part and had it fixed the next day. The total repair was ahead of schedule but not testing everything they worked on and calling me in to pick it up was highly unprofessional. Derrick was the person who handled my repair. He personally was quite professional and took ownership of the mistake, so I do commend him on that, but it frankly shouldn't have happened. Other than that, everything was fine. The repair on my rear bumper and truck looks great, and the communication through the whole process was excellent.

Very courteous and completely professional service. The car is as good as new! If I ever need repairs like this again, I'll bring the car back to Derek and the gang at Caliber Collision. Thanks!
