Considering the damage, the repair was quite good. There is a small gap between the fender and door that isn’t present on the opposite side of the car, but it is barely perceptible unless you are actively analyzing the work. Overall quite satisfactory.

Everyone was quite nice, however it would have been nice if we had received some sort of information on a likely timeline for repairs. Overall, a positive experience, though.

This was the most pleasant experience I had at Caliber Collision. From the minute I stepped in the door to drop my car off, I was met with friendly, efficient help. The lady at the desk had my papers ready, the rental car was reserved and a Hertz employee was there to take me to get my rental. The technician checked the damage quickly and I was in my way. I was kept advised as to the progress and when they called me to pick up my car everything was ready for me. It was an amazing experience. I would certainly recommend Caliber Collision. Thank you for everything.

My repair was excellent. My only complaint is I guess when someone was cleaning the inside of my car, they broke the car mount for my cell phone.
