I brought my truck in for repair and was given an estimate of $347 and was told that I needed to pay up front so you could order the part. I was called and was told the part was in and I set an appointment to bring my truck in. I brought my truck in, it was taken to the back to install the part and brought back up within 30 minutes. I was then told that the repair was $574 because the part cost more than was on the estimate. At no time was this change discussed with me, I can understand minor changes but a 65% increase , in my opinion, was not reasonable. It was one part plus labor. I am very dissatisfied.
