They did a great job and really worked hard to help us out as Allstate was not easy to work with and didn’t want to pay for the damage caused by their insured. Caliber had to resubmit the claim multiple times. It was quite a hassle for the Caliber team but they got it done.

Jeff was so sincere and professional. He made me feel comfortable, full of confidence, and kept me up to date every step of the way. Although Jeff was my main point of contact, all your staff were courteous and positive. I would also want to compliment your receptionist, she was positive and helpful both on the phone and in person. She was always very sweet. The most important aspect is customer satisfaction. There is no question about that. Caliber Collision did a superior job of making my car look like new again. I also want you to know that I do not give make-believe compliments.
