I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly my car was completed. Also, Tim went above and beyond and picked me up two and from the rental car place down the street from caliber collision. That made it so nice and convenient for me not to have to have to tried to coordinate with friends and their work schedules. He said that was part of their service. My car was impeccably clean. Also, I receive text messages throughout the process as to what was being done and a timeline. I would highly recommend caliber collision in Plano to friends and anyone that needed their service in the future.
