I've worked professionally with body shops for several years in a different state, so I've seen good shops and bad shops, and I've seen all the different experiences that customers have had when dealing with insurance claims. Thankfully my experience was a great one. Dustin was amazing from first phone call to last, and he went out of his way to make sure it was a great experience. Being involved in an accident is never convenient nor is it simple, and dealing with body shops can sometimes be a hassle, especially when you're dealing with someone else's insurance. Dustin was a consummate professional and I cannot begin to express how pleased I am with the overall experience. I hope to never be in this situation again, but if I am I wouldn't hesitate to bring my car here again.
