I was extremely disappointed with service received from the Frisco location. I waited 10 days to get an appt. at the Frisco location, convenient to work and home. When the appt day finally arrived, I dropped off the car and anxiously awaited a call from the service rep. Instead, I received a voice mail telling me that Frisco was too busy to work on my Tahoe, si it was being towed to Ave K. There was no conversation about it, they just towed it to avenue K. Had I know that in the first place, I would have taken it to ave k myself and likely avoided the 10 day wait. So Frisco gets a 0 score. The good news is that once the vehicle arrived at the Ave K location, they were awesome! Me service advisor kept me fully informed and the vehicle looked great when I picked it up. I'd give Ave K a score of 10
