For now, it is definitely a 10. However, I do recommend a covered area for Caliber and customers to go over the repairs when the weather is not cooperating.

They kept me informed of the status frequently. When I picked the car up, it was raining and we rushed through the paperwork and didn't have the time going through the repaired items. Otherwise, this would have been a 10.

The car was returned to me and in the first evening that I had my car the windshield leaked and filled the floor board with water. the car is still with caliber at this point.
