Would put 10 but after washing the car there was still pain/buffing compound or something on the taillight and trunk around the repairs. Have to bring it back another day...

The Plano Avenue K shop has fixed two of my cars now, and both were done very well (the earlier event was back in 2019).

I was entirely satisfied with the work they did on my car, the time it took, and the regular communication with Robert. I was not happy about how the estimate was inflated to include tasks that were not necessary and were not performed. I was only responsible for my deductible, but I think you need to be more forthright with AAA.

The advisor that I worked with Robert was very helpful in letting me know what the procedure will be done as well as about how long it will take. The reception was very courtesyin welcoming when I walked in, as well as I was leaving. Great Company I would use Caliber again if needed.
