Very communicative throughout the whole process, and the vehicle looks good as new. I also appreciated the wash and vacuum that it was given!

We still have yet to hear back as to the car being fixed for real. The door doesn't work and the trim was never replaced. Also, the seat in the back is broken, but I see nobody caught that either on the inspection. The car still has glass in the track and I'm going to have to work with GEICO to figure out how to get this actually repaired. It was rushed and done wrong. The door isn't even aligned properly. Frustrated.

Took a long time to tell me once the parts arrived. Painter also painted the wrong shade of white before going on vacation which added an extra week; but they put me in a rental free of charge - great customer service!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful, but i was promised that someone would call me after the mechanic reviewed the vehicle to walk me through the work that would be done so that i would understand in advance the scope of the work, and no one called me.
