Johnny was excellent with his communication keeping me informed every step of the way. He caught that my 12 volt battery was leaking and replaced it with a affordable, discounted price. Repair was top notch and my car has never been cleaner. Coordination between Caliber and the rental car agency was seamless. Excellent customer service!
