The fit and finish is remarkable. Without a paint thickness gage most automotive professionals would be challenged to find the repair. Without hesitation I'll continue to use Caliber Collision for auto body work and detailing. After living on the Kitsap Peninsula for 30 years, it's good to finally have a high quality dependable and fair auto body shop in the Poulsbo area.

Seemed a bit overkill and wasteful due to insurance coverage seeing to majority of the bill

As far as I can tell, I dealt with the shop at my point of entry. Every other facet of communication was via automated response. When I did reach out to pick my car up, I sat on hold for 20 minutes - then was asked several questions, only to be told the shop was closed. (Spoke with an answering service, clearly)

The detailer should get a raise! Cleaned up parts of my car that the mechanic could not have gotten dirty himself! Above and beyond!
