Manny was the person that oversaw my car’s repairs. He did an excellent job communicating with me and showing me the work that was done on the car. The office staff were friendly and understanding regarding my car needing to be repaired. I was referred to Caliber Collision by Brandy at Progressive Insurance. It was a pleasant experience. I was kept informed throughout the whole process and got my car back sooner then expected too. Tea, the lady managing my case, was super friendly and kept me up to date throughout. As for the repair itself, it looks like the accident never happened. They even got my after market grille replaced too! Overall very satisfied.
