I am very satisfied with how my vehicle turned out. 11/10. David communicated with me through every step of the process and assured me of my vehicles status the whole time. David was also able to get a tear on the interior repaired. The team at Caliber repaired my bumper quickly and the timeline and completion was much quicker expected. Thank you everyone for going above and beyond. I would recommend to anyone in the future needing repairs on their vehicle.

The customer service was okay, but it didn’t feel as warm, attentive, or thorough as our previous experience with Caliber Collision. The care and attention to detail just didn’t seem to be there this time. When we picked up the car, there wasn’t much of a review of the completed work—it felt more like, “Here’s your car,” rather than taking a few minutes to walk us through the repairs and make sure we were completely satisfied.
