I think we weren't prepared for how efficient and streamlined the process is now. Caliber moved WAY faster than remembered the process to be. But they held our hand the whole way and we got the car back quickly, and like nothing had happened. Will always go there.

I understand that delays happen, but repeatedly telling me on the day of estimated completion that it’s going to take another week is frustrating. For example: You initially gave me a one week projection for the repair and told me the day of that the bumper wasn’t arriving until next week, you definitely knew that well in advance but didn’t communicate that with me until the last minute. This was a pattern that continued throughout the repair. Not to mention at the end you stopped communicating about the progress all together, unless I reached out about it. On the other hand, the actual finished work is great and I’m very happy about how it turned out.
