Great communication every step of the way. Updates received via text was efficient and convenient. I never had to inquire about the status. My entire experience with Caliber Collision was very positive, and I am very happy with the repairs done to my car. One employee deserves particular praise for consistently providing service and assistance - Sabrina (I believe that's her name), the front desk customer service representative. When I arrived, I wasn't certain what to expect because my insurance company and the car rental company weren't available on the weekend and hasn't provided consistent instructions. Sabrina contacted both for me, straightened everything out, explaining as she went, and got me on my way. By the time I departed, I had confidence that Caliber Collision would take good care of my car because Sabrina had taken such good care of me. Today, my experience was exactly the same, just in reverse order. You are lucky to have her as an employee. I will recommend Caliber Collision without hesitation, based on my experience with her.
