The repair was good. However our car wasn’t cleaned at all. It’s been in the shop for a week and been handled by a lot of People. The seats were wiped down , nor inside vaccumed. It is smelling of cigarettes and now we need to clean it up to get the smell out. We have kids and now can’t drive them in it until we air out the car in this cold weather.

10/10! The daily updates were so thoughtful and helped keep me informed, alleviating any stress or anxiety I had over the progress. The repairs were done so soon, and every staff member I talked to was so amazing and helpful! All questions were answered and easy to understand, and I felt so accommodated.
