Aaron did an excellent job with communicating to Allstate and with updating me about the progress of my repairs. He worked with the technician in ordering the necessary replacement parts and was able to complete the repairs a whole month earlier than expected! The technician that worked overtime on my truck did an amazing job with the repairs! My truck looked totally restored to new and was flawless. The repairs to the damaged passenger rim was overlooked, but the team swiftly referred me to a rim repair specialist that was able to schedule repair service within a few days. The ladies at the front desk were very welcoming and exhibited excellent customer service with helping me with my payment and ensuring all repairs were to my liking. The GM was so very courteous and assisted me, after hours, with extra polishing to the exterior of my vehicle and had it shining like a diamond! I am so very pleased with the sense of urgency from the entire staff and will recommend your services to anyone I know. I will definitely keep this business in mind if I ever need to come back for collision work/repairs. Wonderful job to everyone involved!

We were told it would take 1-2 days and it ended up take nearly two weeks. And there wasn’t great communication with us about until the very end when a problem occurred and we were called about it.

I’ve used caliber in the past and it’s been great. This is the first time I have been disappointed. Our main contact was friendly, but the communication and timeline weren’t what was expected.
