From start to finish Aaron and the lady’s at the front desk were amazing. Dealing with insurance can be a headache. The took the stress away. Any issues I had the made sure it was handled in a timely manner. I will forever be a caliber collision customer. This was my second time with them.

Tammy at the front desk was so upbeat and kind. I think it really set the tone for a good experience. Rick was great too. Knowledgeable and quick to answer. He always provided updates through your app or portal, but I had his cell phone number for direct contact when I needed it. The actual work they did on my vehicle is fine but lots of shops can do good work. These two people made the experience matter and that is what has separated this shop from others I have been to. And for the record, I am not the type to leave reviews…… only when they are exceptionally good or exceptionally bad
