I had my Dodge Durango repaired at Caliber Collision, and I’m extremely disappointed. After the repair, a panel was left loose, chargers were missing, and a reflector marker was mismatched and darker. I expect a much higher standard of service and resolution. This inside of my car wasn’t apart of the service unless it was being driven for repairs.. they also mentioned someone could’ve been walking through the parking lot and may have went into my car , which indicates locking the doors are not priority… they also do not have camera footage . horrible experience
