The service and repair of my Volvo was prompt and staff were courteous and helpful throughout the process. My car looks better than the day I picked it up from the dealer. I didn't expect it to be cleaned inside and out, that was a great service. Again thanks!!!

The work and employees were very professional, but the extra money I had to spend out of pocket for my rental car, when the work was not completed when they said it would be, would keep me from totally recommending Caliber

The people and mechanics were very professional. Unfortunately, the estimate time of fixing my car went from 4-5 days to 12 days, and I do not have rental insurance, so it cost me appr. $200.00 more at the car rental agency. ( Enterprise)

My front driver mirror isn't work in properly, its very loose, my rear driver side door isn't even and my rear driver side window will not stay up be keeps coming down as if something is in its path

It was initially a 10 because my car was absolutely beautiful. However, about 3 days aftee having my car back, I noticed some wires hanging down from under the front where the fog light sockets are. I did contact Haddock back and was told to bring the car back, and they did fix it.
