The repair looks great. I was kept up to date on the status. My only comment is that the repair could have been done a day earlier if the part had been ordered to be available day the repair was scheduled to start instead of waiting until the scheduled repair day to order it.

I understand that my repairs occurred during the holiday season, but it is ridiculous that it took over two weeks to fix a broken sideview mirror. As my insurance didnt cover a car rental, I had to keep borrowing cars for that entire time.
