My check engine light is on and it wasn't that way previously . Secondly,another indicator light came on engine hot ac off. These things weren't there before service to the vehicle.

I'm extremely satisfied with the repairs made to my truck. Better than I was expecting. It did seem like it took a while for it to be fixed. The update texts you guys sent me pushed the completion date back three times. However, this is the first car accident I've had to deal with so I'm not sure as to what's typical. I'm sure there are a lot of variables when fixing vehicles so I'm not holding it against you. Again, though: Very satisfied. Excellent service.

I still have a good feeling about Haddock and will recommend it to a friend or family member. I will however, advise anyone to be cautious and inspect the work before accepting the vehicle. This is something I'd advise someone to do at any vendor, contractor, etc... (not just Haddock). The work itself was excellent once it was completed properly.

When we noticed that the repairs were not completed correctly the first time, we were immediately given the reason that "it was prior damage." This was not accurate. However, there seemed to be no hesitation at the reason and a perceived desire to dismiss the fact that the repairs were not proper. After review of the photos, it was determined that the damage was actually part of the current event, an apology was given and the correct repairs were performed.
