Because Caliber is a highly-visible brand, I was expecting an impersonal, big-company experience. I was pleasantly surprised to learn otherwise. I felt valued even though I was not paying - State Farm paid for my repair.

Caliber staff were very professional and were conservative in their estimates, ultimately shortening their projected timeline and then delivering in advance of the amended estimate. Communication was frequent and detailed. The work definitely fits a "good as new" description, I certainly cannot see any evidence that the car was ever damaged. They seem to execute on a "under-promise and over-deliver-" type of philosophy. Kudos all around!
