Got my car back in no time. I’ve had another car fixed before and it took forever despite the minimal damage. Also I like the fact that it gives you regular update on the phase of the repair. Great job Caliber Collision staff (New Bern) location.

The team was awesome. I find car repairs to be stressful generally, but they were so kind and took the time to explain everything (without making me feel dumb). They also did a great job on my car. I hope I never need car repairs again, but if I do - I’ll definitely go back.
