This is my first time at Caliber Collision and it was a wonderful experience. I really appreciate the text messages that kept me up to date on my car. The team went above and beyond to get my car serviced quickly. My car was returned in even better condition than I expected. Super clean and I believe they even filled my gas tank too!

I'm neutral. I had no major complaints about the repairs nor any issues with customer service. My issue was with the size of the parking lot. It is too small and it made me nervous pulling I'm and leaving. There were more cars than spaces and it was very tight getting in.

I point-a point off for one issue. When I went to pick up my car, there was a dry drop of clear coat the was left on one of the panels that was repaired. The fix was done immediately after I pointed out the issue.
