I appreciated the frequent updates and the customer service was outstanding! I like the personal touch and warm smell of the popcorn. I like the fact that I could rental the rental onsit My car was returned timely and clean and shiny. I was very satisfied. All staff especially the girl at the front and the adjuster were kind friendly and patient. I also think its awesome that there are so many locations and the convenience of going to another location if I ever relocate. Overall very professional, friendly service.
