Brett kept me well-informed on all the repairs that were going on, and even offered to do a separate estimate and repair on my cracked windshield (unrelated to original repair). Michael was extremely friendly and thorough with the check-out process as well. Jessica stayed later than closing to help me with my questions and kept my kids happy with popcorn (she also has very pretty nails). Thank you everyone for making this inconvenience as painless as possible!
