Customer service was very good from the time I dropped off the car. Kristen kept me updated on the repairs and provided a timeliness of when the car should be completed. Caliber repaired the bumper, however, when I arrived, the right fender was not leveled. In addition, my husband noticed the trunk was very hard to open and was off track when I arrived home. I felt this should have been repaired and checked before I picked up the car. I took the car back the very next day and the technician was able to fix the repairs. This is the reason I rated a 7 due to the second repair. Other than that, I would return bc they guarantee their work.

I recently had body work done on my car after being rear-ended, and I can’t say enough about the experience I had with Kimberly at Caliber Collision. I specifically called ahead and asked to work with her again because of the incredible service she provided me in the past—and she absolutely delivered once more. Kimberly is highly communicative, relational, and incredibly understanding, especially during what can be a stressful situation. She kept me informed every step of the way, closed all loops, and made sure everything was accurate and handled with care. You can tell she takes pride in her work and truly values quality. My car was completed in a timely manner, and the work itself was excellent. I have zero concerns. She made sure I understood the process, answered all my questions, and ensured I felt confident throughout. I truly appreciate Kimberly and the level of service she provides. If I ever need body work again, this will absolutely be the location I return to—and I will always ask for her.
