Emily was awesome. She took the reins to work estimate differences with the insurance company (that represented the person that caused the damage) to a successful conclusion. I did not appreciate that the estimator did not explain the process, sent a confusing email indicating fees that I would need to pay, and prolonged getting my car repaired. Maura was so helpful and patient.
