One of the best customer service experiences I have had in recent memory. Jenna was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. She kept me apprised nearly every other day with status updates. And the car came back WAY sooner than I expected. And to be candid, the car looks better than it did before I was rear-ended. I had complete confidence in the team the moment I dropped off the car---which I didn't think was possible.
