No call needed. When I picked up the car the rear deck and my cargo liner had not been put back in so I had to make an addition trip out to pick it up and change my business schedule. Just a frustrating finish to the process. I would have assumed you had a checklist to ensure job was finished and everything put back. N n

The car looks great, though there is a rattle that wasn't there before and the check engine light came on the evening I picked up the car.

The repair took way too long with too little communication. I often called to ask for updates to not have calls returned that day or sometimes at all. When I picked up the car, a safety piece that was supposed to be put in the bumper had been left in my backseat, which delayed getting my car until later that evening. The technician I found to ask about it was very apologetic and appropriately embarrased. However, the technician responsible for my account upon calling me later to let me know the part had been installed never apologized. Overall it was a somewhat frustrating experience.

Paint had orange peel and has to be refinished. Surprised at the poor quality and lack of inspection prior to pick up. After this experience, I would be hesitant to recommend Caliber for repair.
