Paid extra to have things "issues addressed and done properly". Upon picking up the car, extra repairs had been done to hood and fenders but not to bumper. Why would I pay extra to fix stuff on hood and fenders and not fix items that were very noticeable on bumper? This was planned out weeks in advance plus you guys kept the cars 50% longer than originally plan. Work that was performed seem fine but now I have to take the car back for another week to have something fix that should have been addressed originally. David Elks 919-604-7449

The work was professional, all was done to the highest standard. My only issue was that my car (a lease) was simonized. Because this was not part of the repair after being re-painted, it will be necessary for me to get this done elsewhere.
