Excellent work but it took almost a month to complete instead of the 10 days or so originally stated. I did get an update at about 2 weeks but then nothing... Until I finally got frustrated and demanded that it be done by Friday (before Memorial Day) Rickie was unfailingly polite and professional but did not seem to be able to be definitive about the readiness of the car until I became irritated with the whole process. Your phone system and internal systems for dealing with customers is in need of improvement as wait times on hold are tedious.

Not due to the quality of work, only because in my situation, I was not given more realistic opinions as to when my car would be complete, and I would hate for a friend or colleague go through a similar situation, based on my recommendation.

Everyone was very pleasant and professional, but part of customer service is managing customer expectations; and in my case my expectations were not managed well. I always say, it's better to under-promise and over deliver!

It took over 2 months. I understand some of the parts where shipped from out of the country but everytime I would call for an update I was told the "next week." This went like this for 4 weeks. I got my car back Thursday and after I look it over paint on the bumper in pealing off. I call and leave a message for Rick. He has yet to call me back. Pretty unhappy...

I loved the fact that I was made aware of all changes and updated every couple of days about my car.... who's name is bubbles by the way. I was treated with courtesy and respect. They even waited for after they were closed so that I was able to pick up my vehicle. I had a wonderful experience thank you for all involved. Peace and many blessings.
