The experience at Caliber Collision was outstanding! I was constantly being updated of the status of my vehicle. At one point I was updated that my vehicle would be complete by June 8th and today is May 29th and I already have my vehicle. The repairs were excellent and truthfully I have no complaints. I had my Land Rover Defender brought into this shop upon recommendation from the Land Rover dealership after I was rear ended. I am so thankful I listened to them this shop (ROCKS), you all did superb as a team. Now I must speak about my service advisor Alexandra Cox, she was amazing from the beginning of me dropping the SUV off to me picking up my vehicle. She answered all my questions with clarity and made me feel like my SUV was in good hands.
