My last name is Rousseau, not Russo. The car has MANY scratches on the passenger bumper and side that were NOT there when the car was dropped off. We didn’t do a walk around, just looked at the bumper. I sent pics of the damage and eagerly await a call on Monday. The car looks far worse than when I brought it in.
