This was my first experience making an insurance claim, and Caliber made it as painless as possible. The progress updates were awesome, Rachel was a great help in getting the ball rolling, and the gentleman that I picked up from was wonderful as well. This is my 2nd time receiving service repairs on my vehicle at this location. I did not plan on having to see Alan again haha; however, I am very grateful for the way he took care of me from beginning to end. He is truly good at what he does, is very friendly, soo helpful, willing to answer any questions that arised, and stayed in consistent communication with me. Everything was throughly examined, explained, and you just don’t receive the type of customer service these days that this Caliber Collision location is very passionate about giving.
