I had a great experience with Caliber Collision on Yonkers Road in Raleigh. The staff was professional, friendly, and easy to work with from start to finish. I was originally told the repair could take about seven days, but I was pleasantly surprised to get my car back in less than 48 hours. The communication was clear, the service was efficient, and the quality of care exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this location to others.

It really could not have been a better experience. The receptionist was fantastic, the visual inspection of the car was great, having a shuttle to the rental place was such a pleasant experience and the repairs were like new. Could not recommend this place more. Plus the repair time was half as long as expected. Thank you all for a pain-free experience!

My car repairs were done in a timely manner and my car was ready when I was told. I also like that I did not have to take my rental car back to Enterprise. I could leave it at Caliber and they would get the rental returned.
