I know I left the car a bit of a mess when I dropped it off. Not only does it look washed, they vacuumed the inside, and I wouldn't have put it past them to have cleaned the carpets a bit. Even with delays, they managed to get it done the day they said it would, and Becky did her best to keep me updated, regardless of my phone doing the most to ensure I only noticed her call after she'd already left a voicemail.

I’ve gone through caliber collision with a previous accident years back and I’m still just as satisfied as I was at that time. They took care of all my problems. They made the car very safe and secure replacing all the parts necessary to get it back on the road safely.

Becky was awesome. She took care of everything for me as soon as I handed her the keys. Made the process very easy and comfortable. Very respectful, professional and genuine with her customer service. The way my vehicle turned out feels like I’m driving a new truck couldn’t be happier with the service I received. The text and the team at caliber collision our top notch! Becky deserves a promotion and he raise please give her that for me. She works very hard and I can tell she cares about her job and clients!
