Took longer than expected. The replaced panel was not all painted. So I have to come back and leave the car AGAIN to fix what should have been completed correctly the first time.

I should have used the location I preferred but chose this one since it was affiliated with State Farm and assumed it would be streamlined and convince. They accepted the $5000 job but sure rushed me to get my car off their lot once completed.

If I could provide a zero I would, the drop off and pick up process was horrible. The day I picked up my car no one offered to show me the work completed and it was raining so I wasn’t able to spend time looking at the completed work. There is a large scratch on my passenger door and paint over spray on my grill.

Had a bad experience with one of your representatives, you completed the work earlier than expected on a Friday, I didn’t have availability to pick up my car until Monday the day I was quoted it would be complete and Jimmy wouldn’t allow that.
