Amazing service very helpful and fast turn around time! Went to go pick my car up and other then fixing my repairs they cleaned it inside and out! Results for repair were amazing and Becky was great! So satisfying and recommended 100%

Had a wonderful experience at Caliber in Rancho Cordova. Everyone was incredibly professional and easy to work with and my car was ready way ahead of the estimated date of completion. I hope there isn't a reason to visit again anytime soon but glad to know there's a place to go to that's reliable and efficient should I need it.

Car took longer to repair than expected. Upon dropping off the vehicle I asked for assistance with possibly getting cracks in windshield fixed as well as possible assistance with the deductible. Both were acknowledged and I advised would be looked into. Neither of these were addressed even when followed up upon. Aside from the automated texts, staff is uncommunicative.

Everyone are friendly and professional. Did not feel neglecte at all. I got timely updates on the status of my car. Will definitely recommend to family and friends if they ever need it. Hopefully not, but if they do. I will recommend them here.
