There seemed to be a lack of communication between my California Casualty insurance company, Caliber Collision, and myself. My insurance assumed the vehicle was cleared for repairs but Caliber Collision did not even begin repairs until more than 2 weeks of their receiving the vehicle and did not contact myself or my insurer to confirm estimates, repairs, or time frames. When the repairs were finally initiated, the estimated time of completion was pushed from Friday to Monday, and then again pushed from Monday to Tuesday. I understand there are extenuating circumstances in repair shops that lengthen the time estimates for repairs. But, as a customer, I would prefer to be told a longer time estimate that ends up being shorter than being told a shorter time estimate that ends up being longer. I’m organizing my life’s schedule around Caliber Collision’s estimated time frame, but when the time of completion is pushed back 3 or 4 times and I have to be the one to call and confirm these longer repair time estimates it makes me feel disregarded as a loyal customer that has brought all my vehicle repair needs to this branch for several years.

My car looks brand new inside and out! I’m still amazed at the new bumper and how clean the interior is. No one has ever cleaned it that well. I really enjoyed working with Patrick. He was very informative and didn’t talk down to me (which drives me crazy) and I appreciate that. He’s very handsome too!
