The communication was wonderful. I appreciated being able to pay my deductible upfront to get the parts ordered so I could still drive my car while we waited for the parts to come in. The repair was very timely and I had very little time without my car. Now it is fixed and while I hope to never need body work done again. However, I am relieved to know that should something happen I’ll have good people to work through it with. Thank you.
