Thank you Caliber Collisions for replacing my driver side mirror! Service was really efficient! Jake did a fantastic job replacing it and was super communicative about cost and time expectations! He was really patient and was able to source the part I needed in less than a day! I've been to other places where there have been a bunch of hidden fees so the transparency was super appreciated! Gianna was also fantastic at the front desk! The waiting area is really nice with complimentary popcorn and hot drinks. Overall, really pleased with the service I received and will be returning if anything else happens to my car (hopefully not too soon lol!)

Jake was incredibly communicative throughout the entire process. He made a stressful situation easy with keeping me informed every step of the way. My car was immaculate when picking it up. The care it received while in the shop was top notch. I know the amount of care and consideration each member had taken throughout the process and appreciate the team members “behind the scenes” like the technicians, painters and detailers that helped make my car look beautiful again. I appreciate everyone’s time and efforts put into everything they had done for my car while at the shop.

Everything was great until I picked up the car and as soon as I started to drive all the lights went on and I had to bring it back immediately. They fixed it in an hour. Everyone was friendly and helpful but it seemed that was potentially preventable.

Please thank Jake. I had no idea that my car was headed to Resalear & he had to deal with my stress. My experience at the Queensbury shop was chaotic and confusing. Jake was fantastic. The car was cimpleted sooner than expected and looks perfect. It was worth the extra driving distance to know that things were being handled professionally. Thank you, again.
