While understanding that parts needed to be ordered etc, I think there was too much time dedicated to trying to total the vehicle. Whether that was caused by the insurance company or the body shop or a combination, we are not sure of, but it is concerning to have had the vehicle in the body shop for more than 7 weeks…seems like a long time, especially as most of the work consisted of replacing the new parts that were ordered. Car was not clean on the front and windshield at pick up. For the first three weeks, nothing was updated on the website. Good at beginning and at the finish, but lots of empty time in between.

We had Caliber repair almost new auto that hit by someone making an illegal turn, causing damage to my driver's side rear door and wheel well. The frame was damaged ans rear wheel out of alignment. My adult son and I picked up the car today, nearly two weeks ahead of estimated repair time. After very close examination of my car, we could ne tell the car was ever damaged. Caliber Collision gets an A+ from us. Very professional business.

I had a great experience with Caliber Collision. I visited them on May 12 and worked with Ron, who was very helpful throughout the entire process. He clearly explained what needed to be done, walked me through the next steps, and made sure the work was completed within a reasonable timeframe. I also really appreciated the timely status updates, including the estimate, which kept me informed along the way. The lady at the front desk was wonderful as well — she was quick, professional, and very easy to work with. Overall, the service was smooth, efficient, and professional.
