My advisor Ryan Thompson and the young lady that managed the front desk were super helpful throughout the entire process. Ryan kept me informed with up to date information as it became available. He also worked closely with my insurance company to ensure the additional support and care was given.

I am very happy with the work that was done to repair the Dodge! Daniel was very professional, went above and beyond, and took time to answer any questions. When he was not available, another team member took the time to take note and made sure what was requested got done. Also, after calling on the phone, someone immediately brought the forgotten parking permit from the rental car to the front desk. It made retrieving the permit fast and simple, and was very much appreciated!
