I did not feel like there was good communication in terms of when my car would be ready. Every time I called prior to the expected finish date, I would be told that they needed more time, but they wouldn't necessarily give me an estimate for when that would be either. This happened about three times. At one point they even told me the car would be ready on a Friday, and they would call me when it was done. I waited the entire day, then I finally decided to call them towards the end of their store hours, only to be told the car needs one more day. This could have easily been commmunicated to me earlier with a simple phone call. Instead, I wasted an afternoon waiting around and expecting to have a working vehicle for the weekend.

It took way longer than I was told. When I picked up the car the front had paint on it (you repaired the back bumper). Someone wiped it off but I expect more from a company
