Kevin provided great customer service. 10/10. There was some confusion when scheduling my appointment with Sonia. I scheduled with someone else originally on a Saturday for a drop off on Tuesday. I got a call from Sonia to reschedule so I did. When I called back in the next day to confirm, she said she didn’t see my name anywhere in the system. Eventually, she found me and we confirmed drop off date and time. I called enterprise to confirm the reservation had been updated on their side. They had the wrong date from caliber but we were able to fix it over the phone. When I came in to drop off my vehicle at caliber, the front desk said there was a different date scheduled in the system. This was a different date from what i had on the confirmation email as well as different from the date enterprise received. However, they worked with me and we got it figured out. I appreciate them working with me but the appointment setting process could be improved.
